Please be aware that all FMC applications are functioning; however, our Office of Information Technology is currently troubleshooting an issue concerning email notifications not being sent from the following applications: Form 1, Form 18, OTI Renewals, Form 65 Renewals, eMonitoring, eAgreements, and BCL Fileroom.
