Notice to Cruise Passengers on Princess Cruises’ CARIBBEAN PRINCESS
Princess Cruises’ 7-day voyage on the CARIBBEAN PRINCESS returned to port in Houston on January 31, 2014, one day before its scheduled return, missing a scheduled port call to Belize.
Princess Cruises has released a statement with information on reimbursements for affected passengers. Passengers should consult their ticket contracts to determine their rights.

Although the Commission does not have jurisdiction over such matters as cruise satisfaction, billing issues, itinerary changes, and other disputes arising between cruise operators and their customers, Consumer Affairs & Dispute Resolution Services (CADRS) staff can contact a cruise line on your behalf and facilitate a discussion of the issue. Requests for assistance from CADRS for a cruise line problem should be made in writing.
