FMC Receives Briefings at December Meeting

The Federal Maritime Commission met virtually and in closed session on Wednesday, December 10, 2020.

At the meeting, Commissioner Rebecca Dye provided an update on her work to date as Fact Finding Officer for “International Ocean Transportation Supply Chain Engagement” (Fact Finding 29).  Staff provided a briefing on General Prohibitions in the Shipping Act, and the agency’s Inspector General reported on his recent activities and reports.

Attending were Chairman Michael Khouri and Commissioners Dye, Daniel Maffei, Louis Sola, and Carl Bentzel.

This is the last scheduled meeting of the Commission in 2020.
