Some users may have experienced access or usage issues with the following applications over the past two days, including email notifications from applications to external filers.

  • OTI License Renewal

  • E-Monitoring
  • RPI

We have resolved these issues as of Friday morning, November 18, 2022.  However, if you still are experiencing access or submission problems, or are not receiving email notifications, please contact the FMC OIT Helpdesk at OIT-Helpdesk@fmc.gov or the relevant office for which you are submitting filings.
