CONSUMER ALERT- Genesis Envios, 1600 S.W. 1st Street, Miami, FL
The Commission has received complaints that cargo shipped with Genesis Envios has not been sent to Nicaragua. Genesis Envios is not authorized to provide ocean transportation services, and consumers and businesses should only use licensed and bonded ocean transportation intermediaries to ship goods. The Commission and Miami-Dade County Office of Consumer Protection are working closely together to help resolve this disruption in service. If you were a customer of Genesis Envios and your cargo has not been delivered, and if you can provide a copy of your invoice, please contact the FMC or the Miami-Dade County Office of Consumer Protection as soon as possible.
