As a leader in public service, Carl brings a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative presence to the FMC. He, and this position, are great additions to our already hardworking, dedicated, and effective FMC team.”

The FMC’s mission is to foster a fair, efficient, and reliable international ocean transportation system while protecting the public from unfair and deceptive practices.
